Job Summary
Plaza Appliance Mart is looking for a front desk receptionist to join our team at the Monroe Rd location! As the front desk receptionist, you are a key member of the team and represent the first impression of Plaza Appliance Mart to customers.
This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, have strong interpersonal skills, and enjoy helping people. Ideally, you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis. This position is Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a friendly disposition
Receive & transfer incoming calls in a professional, courteous manner
Make follow up calls to confirm customer satisfaction after deliveries/installs
Be able to access our system to research customer issues
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Qualifications:
Minimum two years admin experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented
Positive attitude
Team player who can work independently
