    We are currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist who is organized, client-focused, and experienced in a fast-paced pet care or veterinary setting.

    Position Overview

    As the first point of contact for our clients, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a critical role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and professional experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a calm and positive presence.

    Key Responsibilities

    Greet clients and pets in a warm, professional manner

    Manage check-in and check-out for boarding, daycare, and grooming services

    Answer phones, respond to messages, and handle client inquiries promptly

    Process payments, deposits, and account balances accurately

    Schedule reservations and services using Gingr software

    Maintain accurate client and pet records

    Communicate clearly with kennel and grooming teams to ensure smooth daily operations

    Work collaboratively with kennel and grooming departments to follow and support standard operating procedures

    Follow established procedures and company standards consistently

    Qualifications

    Previous front desk or receptionist experience required

    Experience in the pet care or veterinary industry strongly preferred

    Experience with Gingr software preferred

    Strong organizational and multitasking skills

    Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

    Professional communication skills, both in person and on the phone

    Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

    What Success Looks Like in This Role

    Communicates questions or concerns clearly, then supports team decisions

    Maintains strong time management and follows through on responsibilities

    Contributes to a consistent, team-oriented environment

    Takes ownership of tasks and completes them without close supervision

    Compensation & Schedule

    $18 to $20 per hour, depending on experience

    Opportunity for additional income through generous client tips

    Full-time and part-time positions available

    Weekend availability required
