At The Sugaring Hut, our reception team is the heart of the client experience—the first smile clients see and the final “see you soon.” We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about kindness, organization, and creating an unforgettable experience from start to finish. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-centered spa environment. You’re a natural at staying organized, keeping things running smoothly, and bringing good energy to the front desk—all while upholding the vibe, values, and aesthetic of our space.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the warm, welcoming presence at the front desk—greet clients, manage check-ins and check-outs, and set the tone for their visit.
Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments with professionalism and ease.
Handle payments, apply policies (late, no-show, etc.), and keep communication clear and kind.
Maintain a clean, tidy, and on-brand front desk, retail area, and lobby space—cleanliness and presentation are everything here.
Assist with inventory stocking, product displays, and keeping the spa looking polished.
Stay familiar with our service menu and skincare lines to help clients book the right services and make informed retail purchases.
Take initiative—bring fresh ideas to help us better serve our clients, improve systems, and elevate the guest experience.

Qualifications
1–2 years of reception/front desk experience preferred (not required)
Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
Coachable and eager to learn
Strong work ethic and positive attitude that contributes to a welcoming environment
Familiar with computers and scheduling software
Excellent multi-tasking skills
