As a Front Desk Fitness Representative, you'll be the first and last impression our members have each day. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere, delivering outstanding customer service, and helping every member feel at home.

Available Shifts
We are hiring team members with availability for a variety of shifts.
Monday – Friday
4:30 AM – 11:00 AM
11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Weekends
6:30 AM – 12:00 PM
12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Availability Requirements
Minimum of 3 shifts per week
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
6–12 months of customer service or front desk experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency
Basic knowledge of gym equipment
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
Professional, clean, and polished appearance
Preferred Experience (Bonus)
Previous fitness club or gym front desk experience
Membership or retail sales experience
Hospitality or customer service background
