    Responsibilities

    • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries.

    • Manage visitor check-in processes and maintain reception records.
    • Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room availability.
    • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
    • Coordinate communication between departments and visitors.
    • Support daily office operations and special projects as assigned.
