Position Summary We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Primary Healthcare Centers. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our patients, ensuring efficient front desk operations, and helping advance our mission of compassionate, community-focused care.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients upon arrival, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for healthcare providers.
Respond to patient inquiries in person and over the phone with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and supply management.
Facilitate clear communication between patients and clinical staff to support timely and effective care.
Requirements
Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role preferred.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace; knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
