What You'll Do

Provide WOW! Customer Service to our members and families

Assist with class scheduling, enrollment, and billing

Help families find the right swim lesson program for their child

Work in a sales capacity to enroll new members

Follow up with prospective and current members

Support events and activities at the school

Work as part of a team to create a fun and welcoming environment

What We're Looking For

A positive, energetic attitude

Enjoys working with children and families

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Team player with a willingness to learn

Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required

All team members must successfully pass a required background screening prior to training.
