    Our Salon Coordinator is the face and energy of our space by welcoming guests, setting the tone, and helping create an environment where our clients and team can thrive.

    Your Day-to-Day

    Greet guests with authenticity and enthusiasm

    Manage appointments, stylist schedules, and waitlists using our booking system

    Answer phone calls and messages promptly and professionally

    Facilitate smooth check-ins and check-outs, including retail sales and rebooking

    Keep our space tidy, stocked, and flowing beautifully

    Collaborate with the team to deliver a cohesive, elevated guest experience

    Handle intake and consent forms in accordance with our protocols

    What We're Looking For

    2+ years of experience in a front desk, salon, or hospitality role

    Strong communication and organizational skills

    Natural multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, service-based environment

    Tech-savvy with social media, scheduling systems, and POS software (we’ll train the right person)

    Warm, professional presence with a passion for people and a positive attitude
