Job Summary
We are seeking an Front Desk Representative to provide exceptional customer service by ensuring patient and treatment information is obtained and properly processed. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. This temporary position is April to July 2026.
Responsibilities
Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Assist with paperwork, including consent forms
Maintain a clean and inviting environment
Pull and file charts
Follow up on authorizations
Qualifications
Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred
Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Familiar with computers and scheduling software
Excellent multi-tasking skills
