We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Provide accurate information about the company, services, and general inquiries.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Maintain visitor logs and security procedures as needed.
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
