We are seeking a front desk to join our successful team and provide support to our customer, a private government office (Law Firm). We are looking for an individual who is committed to supporting the staff, office administrators and their clients. The ideal candidate will be an avid multi-tasker, responsible, acc urate individual with a strong background in customer service and fluent in both Spanish and English.
URGENT TO FILL THIS POSITION
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients who arrive seeking information.
- Guide clients who will be meeting with Intake or attorneys for legal assistance.
- Manage the flow of people on Mondays and Wednesdays, including walk-ins and those with appointments for legal assistance.
- Answer telephones in a timely and professional manner.
- Answer basic questions from clients and customers in person, on the phone, and via e-mail.
- Manage incoming e-mail messages and send them to the appropriate staff member.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- 8AM to 5PM
Salary: No less than $17 per hour | Depends on the candidate experience
Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
