    Position Overview

    Spa Lavender is seeking a friendly, organized, and sales-driven Front Desk Sales Associate to serve as the first and last point of contact for our guests. This role is critical to the success of the spa and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, managing daily front-desk operations, and driving retail, membership, and service sales while maintaining a calm, luxury spa environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Guest Experience

    Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.

    Create a welcoming, calm, and polished atmosphere that reflects Spa Lavender’s brand.

    Manage guest flow, check-ins, check-outs, and waiting area experience.

    Handle guest questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and discretion

    Sales & Revenue Support

    Actively promote and sell spa services, memberships, packages, and retail products.

    Educate guests on service benefits, upgrades, and add-ons to enhance their experience.

    Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.

    Process payments, gift cards, and promotions accurately.

    Scheduling & Administrative Duties

    Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, reschedules, and cancellations.

    Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage online booking inquiries.

    Maintain accurate client profiles, notes, and records in the booking system.

    Assist with daily opening and closing procedures.

    Operational Support

    Maintain front desk cleanliness, organization, and retail displays.

    Support therapists and estheticians by keeping schedules running smoothly.

    Follow spa policies related to confidentiality, cash handling, attendance, and professionalism.

    Assist with special promotions, events, and marketing initiatives as needed.

    Qualifications

    Previous customer service or sales experience required (spa, salon, retail, or hospitality experience preferred).

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proven ability to sell, upsell, and confidently recommend services and products.

    Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

    Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanor.

    Comfortable with POS systems, scheduling software, and basic computer skills.

    Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
