WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Prosper and McKinney Locations Hiring We’re looking for confident, outgoing people who love talking to guests and closing the deal. We're looking for a friendly, organized and confident Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our lash salon!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Answer incoming calls and convert inquiries into bookings

Follow up on leads quickly and confidently

Sell memberships and retail

Create an exceptional first impression for every guest

PAY:

Hourly base + commission + bonuses

Typical earnings: $13–$16/hr

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Previous work experience in Front Desk, Sales or Retail, preferably in spa/salon/fitness/hotels/service industry

Great with people and enjoys interacting with customers

Exceptional customer service skills (in-person and over the phone)

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Can work weekends and evenings

Has a flexible schedule to pick up shifts as needed
