What You'll Do
As a Glo Specialist, you'll be the face of the studio, helping create an exceptional experience for every client who walks through our doors.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting clients and creating a welcoming environment
Checking clients in and out using our booking system
Performing customized airbrush tanning services after completing training
Answering questions about services, memberships, products, and appointments
Assisting clients with membership options and service recommendations
Responding to calls, texts, and emails professionally and promptly
Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional studio environment
Restocking products and supplies as needed
Supporting studio goals through outstanding customer service and client retention
What We're Looking For
Must be at least 18 years old
Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable talking with clients and making recommendations
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Comfortable working evenings and weekends
Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the studio as needed
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, beauty, or fitness is a plus but not required
