    create a welcoming, polished, and memorable experience for every client.

    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Salon Coordinator assists management run the day to day business of the salon, specifically, but

    not limited to, guest scheduling of appointments, guests checking in/out for services and/or retail

    sales. The Salon Coordinator acts as a liaison between the guest and the hair stylist, contributing to

    and promoting overall salon safety, quality guest services while working in a harmonious and tidy

    work environment with a wide variety of personality types. The Salon Coordinator performs the daily

    salon operations in accordance with the policies and procedures set forth by salon management and

    ownership.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    -1+ years in customer service. Experience in the hair industry or related hospitality/retail industryexperience preferred. Is customer service oriented and has organizational skills.

    Can take direction well with an eagerness to learn and excel in position

    Tuesday and Thursday 12:45pm-4:00 pm, Friday 8:45am-5:00 pm and Saturday 7:45am-4:00pm availability.

    Potential for more hours on Wednesday if interested.

    Responsibilities

    Team scheduling & shift coverage for stylists

    Daily operations support and workflow coordination with stylists

    Appointment & service-flow monitoring (timing, pacing, and transitions throughout the day)

    Staff communication (updates, reminders, and issue resolution as needed)

    Inventory tracking (supplies, backbar, retail basics) and reordering needs

    Salon standards (cleanliness, organization, and presentation)

    Training & onboarding support plus accountability follow-through

    Performance support (sales goals, service add-ons, and overall salon results)

    Perform administrative tasks necessary for the salon’s day to day operations

    Communication with Owner ( what is working or not)Client-Facing Responsibilities

    Warm client greetings and a welcoming first impression

    Phones & messages (calls, texts, emails, and client inquiries)

    Appointment management (book, confirm, reschedule, cancel)

    Accurate check-in & check-out with professional communication

    Client records (preferences, service notes, and important flags)

    Payments & receipts plus basic retail sales support

    Client concern resolution with professionalism and care

    End-to-end client experience support from arrival to departure
