We're looking for someone motivated with outstanding communication and customer service skills to be our next hotel shift manager. Working alongside other hotel staff, you'll be in charge of overseeing hotel operations during your shifts, which includes scheduling staff and distributing assignments to hotel employees. As the hotel shift manager, you'll also be responsible for greeting and serving customers, dealing with client complaints, and ensuring compliance with all safety rules. Responsibilities: • Oversee, train, and schedule hotel staff in shifts to ensure compliance and boost productivity levels • Respond to guest issues in a timely, efficient, and polite manner • Ensure high guest satisfaction in all service areas by managing and directing staff • Order supplies and coordinate product deliveries to keep track of inventories and make sure every location is well stocked • Create performance goals with your team and help them strive to achieve them Qualifications: • 2 or more years of previous management or supervisory experience • Computer skills and experience with MS Office strongly desired • Possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills • Must have previous experience in hospitality and the ability to perform various roles of the hotel staff • A bachelor's degree is preferred, a high school diploma or equivalent GED is required Compensation: $14 - $17 hourly
