Our hotel is looking for a driven hospitality expert with strong communication and customer service abilities. You'll be in charge of overseeing hotel operations during your shift, such as receiving and serving guests, while working alongside your hotel employees. As a shift manager, you'll be in charge of scheduling and assigning work to hotel employees, dealing with client complaints, and ensuring that safety regulations are followed. Responsibilities: • Help guests with their concerns in a quick, efficient, and friendly manner • Ensure high guest satisfaction in all service areas by managing and directing staff • Schedule shifts, train and oversee hotel employees to boost productivity levels and ensure compliance • Assign tasks to employees and ensure they are completed effectively and properly • Set performance goals and encourage team members to achieve these goals Qualifications: • Have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills • 2 or more years of previous management or supervisory experience • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred • Experience with MS Office and other computer skills desired • Prior hospitality experience is required, as well as the ability to perform different hotel employee roles Compensation: $14 - $17 hourly
