Job Description:

Hand and Stone in Mill Creek is seeking for a part-time Spa Associate. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING! Looking to fill 1 midday front desk shift and 1 closing shift (Monday's and Wednesday's). Additional shifts may become available in the future for a full-time position.

Position Requirements

Provide excellent customer service to members/guests

Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades

Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance

Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and esthetics

Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance

Positive and energetic attitude

Team player

Detail oriented

Perform various other duties as assigned per management
