Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Front Desk / Office Assistant to be the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and employees. This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and prior office experience. The right candidate will be organized, people-oriented, and willing to take on a variety of office duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Perform general office duties including filing, faxing, copying, emailing, and handling mail
- Complete data entry and basic administrative tasks
- Assist Human Resources, Office Administration, and leadership with office-related projects
- Willingness to learn and take on additional or miscellaneous office duties as needed
- Provide occasional assistance in the packaging area when required
