    TEEZ Hair Studio is a vibrant, upscale hair salon dedicated to providing exceptional beauty services in a warm and welcoming environment. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer experiences and are looking for a dynamic, organized and personable individual to lead our front desk team. As the Front Desk Team Lead, you will be the face of the salon, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the front desk. You will manage client check ins, schedule appointments and support the team with administrative tasks, all while maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have salon experience but is not a hairstylist. Management is preferred as you will be leading the front desk team.

    General Responsibilities:

    Greet and assist clients with a warm and professional demeanor

    Manage the salon's appointment book and handle schedule conflicts.

    Ensure the front desk runs smoothly, maintaining a clean and organized space

    Handle client inquiries in person, over the phone, or via text/ email.

    Supervise, train, and support front desk staff

    Process payments and ensure accurate cash handling procedures

    Communicate with stylists to ensure schedule flows smoothly

    Promote salon services, products and monthly specials

    Address and resolve any client concerns or issues efficiently and timely

    Monitor inventory for front desk supplies, and retail products

    Collaborate with management to implement procedures for operational improvements where needed.

    Meeting and exceeding front desk goals/ team goals/ coaching team

    Requirements

    Previous experience in a salon, spa or customer service role

    Previous experience leading a team

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

    Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast pace environment

    Experience with scheduling software, and point of sale systems

    Positive attitude and professional appearance
