About the Role:
As a Front Desk Team Member at D1 Training - Bellaire, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic training environment. Join our passionate team in Houston, TX, and help create an inviting atmosphere that motivates athletes and fitness enthusiasts alike.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a welcoming experience.
Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and appointment scheduling.
Handle phone inquiries and provide information about training programs.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Process payments and manage membership accounts efficiently.
Assist in promoting and selling training packages and merchandise.
Collaborate with trainers and staff to ensure seamless client experiences.
Address client concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fitness or wellness setting.
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills to handle scheduling software.
Passion for fitness and a positive attitude towards helping others.
Team player who can contribute to a motivating work environment.
Availability
Mornings 5:30am-8:30am
Evenings 3:00pm-8:00pm
Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm

$12.00 per hour
