Butterfly Staffing is seeking a Front Desk / Therapy Assistant for our client, a dynamic and fast-paced wellness clinic in Virginia Beach. Key Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and create a friendly, professional first impression
Assist doctors with patient therapies and ensure smooth session flow
Perform front desk and receptionist duties, including scheduling and phone calls
Handle general administrative tasks as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
Qualifications:
High energy, outgoing personality, and excellent people skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Previous office, receptionist, or assistant experience a plus (but not required)
Interest in health, wellness, and providing exceptional patient care
Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced setting
Willingness to learn — training provided for the right candidate
Schedule & Pay:
26–30 hours/week to start, with a strong potential for full-time
$15.00 – $17.50 per hour, plus bonus opportunities
