    Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator

    Location: 14950 Greyhound Court, Carmel/Westfield, IN 46032

    Status: Full-Time / Part-Time

    Pay: $20–$26/hour (based on experience) + performance bonuses

    Experience Required: 3–5 years in customer-facing roles

    What is Happening Right Now

    We are actively onboarding, implementing and optimizing systems.

    40 hour week with 2 days Off

    Rotating days: Monday thru Friday, weekends, and holidays

    Initial Working Hours: Monday thru Thursdays 12:00pm - 9:00pm, Fridays: 11:00am - 7:00pm, Saturdays: 9:00am - 4:00pm, Sundays: 10:00am - 7:00pm

    You will play a key role in:

    learning the systems

    applying them in real day-to-day situations

    supporting a smoother, more organized front desk experience for our families, students and teachers

    You will not be doing this alone. We will work with you training and guiding you, but you need to be comfortable learning and adapting quickly.

    This Role Is Not

    not a slow-paced, repetitive front desk

    a “just show up and get through the day” position

    a fully refined and finished system (yet)

    a normal office hours 9am to 5pm position

    Compensation and Benefits:
