About the Role:

Spence Chiropractic Corporation APC is looking for a motivated and organized Front Desk and Personal Injury Admin to join our growing team in San Diego, CA. This is a dynamic role where you'll be the welcoming face of our practice at times and also doing back office tasks - supporting critical personal injury case administration. If you thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment and love helping people, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients, managing front desk operations with professionalism and warmth

Answer and direct incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries

Handle personal injury case documentation, including liens, attorney correspondence, and medical records requests

Coordinate with attorneys, insurance adjusters, and third-party payers on personal injury claims

Verify patient insurance benefits and obtain necessary authorizations

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient files in the practice management system

Process billing, co-pays, and assist with accounts receivable for personal injury cases

Requirements:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
