An outgoing, multi-tasker, who offers excellent customer service
A goal-oriented team member who has a drive for sales and growth
Someone confident in selling memberships and recommending services to dog parents
A highly motivated and focused individual ready to meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales goals
Someone with the ability to connect with customers (both canine and human)
About the Position:
The Front Desk/Sales Associate focuses on providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on sales. Confidence in selling monthly memberships and recommending dog services is a must.
Tasks:
Be the friendly face of Scenthound: welcoming dog parents, checking in dogs, answering phones, and booking appointments
Educate customers, sell memberships, and recommend services (measured by weekly/monthly goals)
Daily follow up of sales leads, manage pipeline, and convert inquiries into loyal customers
Educate consumers on retail products available for sale
Update client and dog records
This position requires:
Sales experience - memberships sales is preferred (comfortable with sales goals)
Customer service experience (pet and retail is preferred)
Passion for health and wellness is a bonus
Computer/ Technology proficiency (Word and Excel)
Availability Monday through Saturday 8am-6pm (no evening or Sunday shifts)
