Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national leader in massage, facials, and hair removal, with 500+ locations across the U.S. and Canada. Our Arbor Trails location is looking for a Front Desk Associate who knows how to create standout guest experiences and isn’t afraid of sales.

What you’ll do
Greet guests and deliver an exceptional front-desk experience
Meet membership sales goals (hourly + commission)
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage basic admin tasks
Communicate services, promotions, and retail options clearly
Maintain spa cleanliness and professionalism
Work flexible shifts, including evenings/weekends
