If you are not interested in joining a team, there are also solo agent positions available! Responsibilities: • Provide world-class customer service to clients • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and a CRM • Participate in team Client Appreciation Events • Participate in daily early morning team conference calls • Participate in an "on-call" lead schedule • Hold open houses regularly • Consistently network and prospect for new clients • Do what it takes to establish a prosperous and long-term Real Estate career • Provide the highest standards of ethics, client services and client representation • Consult with buyer clients; show and find the home of their dreams • List seller properties • Participate in team and community events • Show team spirit and engage in our team culture • Commit to excellence Qualifications: • NC REAL ESTATE LICENSE.
