Key Responsibilities

• Operate a front end loader safely and efficiently

• Load and unload materials to support production flow

• Maintain clean and organized work areas

• Inspect equipment daily and report mechanical issues

• Assist with general labor tasks when equipment operation is not required

• Follow all company, OSHA, and site-specific safety standards

Requirements

Experience operating a front-end loader (industrial or construction)

Strong safety awareness and equipment handling skills

Ability to work in outdoor and industrial environments

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor when needed

Team-oriented and reliable attendance

Schedule

• Full-time

• Overtime and weekend work may be required depending on production needs
