    Join a leading player in the sand mining industry in West Texas! Our commitment to quality and safety distinguishes us in the market. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Front End Loader Operator to join our team.

    Overview:

    As a Front End Loader Operator, you will play a critical role in our production process by efficiently and safely operating front end loaders to manage and transport materials throughout our facility. This position requires a strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining equipment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Operate front end loaders with joystick controls to load and transport sand into hoppers that feed the wet plant or load out.

    · Ensure safe loading practices are followed to prevent accidents and ensure material quality.

    · Perform regular pre-operation inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

    · Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.

    · Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production and workflow.

    · Maintain accurate records of materials handled and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.

    · Assist in other plant operations as needed to support team efforts.

    Qualifications:

    · Minimum of 3 years of experience operating front end loaders, specifically with joystick operation.

    · Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

    · Ability to read and interpret materials specifications and production schedules.

    · Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    · Physical ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor as required.

    · Valid Texas driver’s license; MSHA certification is a plus.

    Qualifications for Either Position:

    · High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.

    · Minimum of 3 years of experience operating front end loaders, specifically with joystick operation.

    · Previous experience in plant operations, preferably in the sand mining or heavy equipment industry.

    · Knowledge of MSHA regulations and safety procedures.

    · Electrical skills or maintenance experience is a plus.

    · Understanding of machinery operation and maintenance is essential.

    · Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording and documenting information.

    · Strong attention to problem-solving skills.

    · Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

    · Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make sound decisions.

    · Strong teamwork and communication skills.

    · Must be able to work a three week on one week off rotation schedule.

    · Must be able to provide own transportation to and from facility.

    Other Duties May Be Assigned:

    · Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary to meet the operational needs of the plant.

    Physical Requirements:

    · Lifting: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally for equipment handling or maintenance tasks.

    · Sitting/Standing/Walking: Ability to engage in prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking in both indoor office areas and outdoor environments.

    · Climbing: Ability to climb stairs or ladders as necessary to access equipment for inspection or maintenance.

    · Stamina: Must possess the physical endurance to operate machinery for extended periods, including engaging in repetitive motions.

    · Environmental Tolerance: Ability to work in varying weather conditions and endure noise levels typical of an outdoor plant setting.

    · Dexterity: Good hand eye coordination and manual dexterity for operating equipment and using computer systems.

    · Vision: Adequate vision to read scales and monitor equipment functionality.

    · Communication: Strong communication skills to interact effectively in a busy work environment.
