    Wayne Overhead Door Sales & Home Improvements is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Front Office team member to support daily operations. This role is essential to keeping our office organized and ensuring customers receive excellent service. The ideal candidate is comfortable answering phones, managing schedules through our CRM, handling QuickBooks entries, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Responsibilities: • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally • Schedule service calls, installations, and estimates using our CRM system • Enter invoices, payments, and basic financial data into QuickBooks • Assist customers with questions regarding appointments, services, and billing • Communicate with technicians and management to coordinate daily schedules • Maintain accurate customer records and job documentation • Assist with basic social media and online advertising efforts (as needed) • Handle emails, filing, and other general office tasks • Provide administrative support as needed • Keep the office and showroom clean, organized, and stocked with information and materials Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience preferred • Experience with CRM systems and QuickBooks is a plus (training provided) • Experience with social media advertising or online marketing is a plus • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills • Basic computer skills, including email and data entry • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment • Positive attitude and reliable work ethic Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
