    Help Wanted: Front Office Administrator – Refrigeration/Construction Company

    Are you organized, friendly, and ready to be the face of a growing construction company? We’relooking for a reliable Front Office Administrator to join our team and help keep our operationsrunning smoothly.

    Location: Glendale, AZ Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience + benefits (Health, optical, dental & lifeinsurance, Paid vacations, Paid holidays, 401k w/company match)

    Key Responsibilities:

    Greet visitors and manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy

    Handle daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management

    Assist with scheduling, invoicing, and coordination between field crews and office staff

    Maintain office supplies and ensure a clean, organized workspace

    Support project managers and accounting staff with clerical duties

    Qualifications:

    Previous office experience (construction industry a plus but not required)

    Strong communication and organizational skills

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

    Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
