Responsibilities: Including, but not limited to: • Serve as the first face of the company • Operate a multi-line phone system • Check and transfer voicemails • Distribute Mail and Faxes as they come in • Ensure copy rooms, conference rooms, and bathrooms are tidy and stocked • Manage supply inventory • Prepare conference rooms as necessary • Light janitorial throughout the day • Greet and assist all visitors to the firm • Starts new client binders Qualifications: • Minimum 5+ years of administrative experience required • Prior experience professionally handling high-volume inbound phone calls • Strong customer service skills and a polished phone presence • Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable with basic computer skills (typing and standard software; training provided) • Reliable and punctual—on-time attendance is essential • Available to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Compensation: $23 - $26 hourly
