Shift Schedule: Tuesday - Thursday: 9:00 AM-2:30 PM Responsibilities: Patient Communication and Follow-Up • Respond to patient inquiries via phone, text, and email. Educate patients • Educate patients about our services • Follow up on new patient inquiries, intake form completion, scheduling needs, and provider requests • Document all communication accurately in Charm, our EHR system Scheduling and Intake Support • Schedule visits based on provider availability and clinic guidelines • Monitor intake form completion and send reminders as needed • Flag intake or scheduling concerns to the Office Coordinator when outside the scope Administrative and Operational Support • Complete daily tasks in Charm and tend to requests on Slack • Prepare patient test kits for in-clinic pickup • Support credit card collection and basic payment-related tasks • Assist with light cleaning and maintaining the clinic organization Team Collaboration • Work closely with the administrative team to maintain clear communication • Follow established protocols for patient follow-up and scheduling • Escalate urgent or unclear issues to the Office Manager Qualifications: • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented and highly organized • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities • Able to follow established workflows and protocols • Experience with EHR systems preferred. Charm experience is a plus • Positive, patient-focused attitude with a professional demeanor Compensation: $23 - $24 hourly
