Monday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (x1 a month)
Responsibilities and Requirements of the Front Office Coordinator:
Minimum of 2 years of dental front office experience required
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails and text messages promptly
Check patients in and out, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments to maintain an efficient workflow
Verify dental insurance benefits and assist with claim-related questions
Handle billing tasks, including mailed payments, past-due balances, deposits, and payments due at time of service
Send electronic claims and follow up as needed
Complete end-of-day processes, including balancing and posting transactions
Review treatment plans with patients and clearly explain recommended care and financial expectations
Participate in morning huddles, reviewing daily production and the schedule overview
Maintain a clean, organized waiting area and support the team with general office upkeep
