Closets by Design, is an industry leading designer, manufacturer, and installer of home improvement products such as closets, offices, garage systems, and other organizational systems for the home. Our franchising division has an immediate opportunity for a Front Desk Receptionist. Our company is locally owned and operated. We pride ourselves on operating in a friendly, supportive and positive culture that thrives on good communication and teamwork! Pay raises with expanded duties.

A dynamic day in the life of someone in the front desk could include:

Answering phones and general office support as needed

Interacting with customers

Setting service appointments

Setting lead/ appointments for customers

Calling customers to confirm date and address information for appointments

Shipping of material goods to franchise owners

Tracking and billing of material items sent

Preparing, editing and proofing correspondence, and other documents as needed

Monthly reporting as needed

Various administrative tasks as needed

Entering data and running reports

Learning new skills!

Preferred qualifications:

Strong verbal & writing communication skills

Self-starter with high level of attention to detail

Able to multi-task and learn to advance to higher level tasks

Employment Type: Full-time. Apply online today! Hours are Monday through Friday from 8AM until 5PM. Every other week , the hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 8AM until 5 PM. PLEASE PUT SALARY REQUIREMENTS ON APPLICATION
