Endeavor Hospitality Group, a boutique hotel management company based in New York City, is seeking an experienced, energetic leader to join our team as the Front Office Manager at the custom-designed Courtyard Marriott, located next to the dynamic new Hudson Yards! The Hotel has the perfect location, next to Hudson Yards, only a few blocks from the Jacob Javits Center, Madison Square Garden, and the Highline. Endeavor Hospitality Group was founded by forward-thinking developers who have been deeply and passionately rooted in the New York real estate market for decades. We are seeking ambitious, top talent for our growing portfolio. Responsibilities: • Lead and inspire the front office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every interaction is warm and welcoming. • Oversee daily operations of the front desk, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest services and improve operational efficiency. • Monitor and manage room inventory, ensuring optimal occupancy and revenue. • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset. • Train and mentor front office staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team. Qualifications: • Experience in managing a front office team in a hospitality setting for at least two years. • Ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences consistently. • Proven track record of enhancing guest services and improving operational efficiency. • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with other departments. • Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset. • Experience in monitoring and managing room inventory to ensure optimal occupancy and revenue. • Proficiency in training and mentoring staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 yearly
