Endeavor Hospitality Group, a boutique hotel management company based in New York City, is seeking an experienced, energetic leader to join our team as the Front Office Manager at the custom-designed Courtyard Marriott, located next to the dynamic new Hudson Yards! The Hotel has the perfect location, next to Hudson Yards, only a few blocks from the Jacob Javits Center, Madison Square Garden, and the Highline. Endeavor Hospitality Group was founded by forward-thinking developers who have been deeply and passionately rooted in the New York real estate market for decades. We are seeking ambitious, top talent for our growing portfolio. Responsibilities: What you will be doing: • Managing and inspiring a Front Desk team to seamlessly create guest experiences that have guests returning again and again • Build a productive, enthusiastic Front Office team, each one fulfilled in their job • Monitor and track Front Office operational performance • Effectively balance hotel inventory to maximize profit • Mentor, lead, and guide your own staff so they may accomplish their goals • Support accounting to ensure processes are accurate and complete • Establish inventory process and controls Qualifications: • At least 2 years of management experience required • Marriott experience preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Kronos, Medallion, and guest recovery software • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills required • Service-Focused with professional presentation skills • Progressive management experience within the Rooms Division Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 yearly
