Qualifications: Experience in leading and managing a front desk team in a hospitality setting. Ability to oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes. Proven track record of collaborating with department heads to enhance guest satisfaction. Strong financial acumen to monitor and manage front office budgets effectively. Ability to train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Excellent problem-solving skills to address guest inquiries and concerns promptly. Experience in implementing and upholding hotel policies and procedures for a safe environment. 2 or more years of experience as a front desk supervisor or related office management position in the hospitality industry. Possess excellent management skills, communication skills, and multitasking skills. Applicants must have flexible availability (Nights and weekends). PEP experience is a plus (Hilton Computer Systems). Compensation: $17 - $19 hourly
