    Reynolds EmpowerHome Team in Chantilly, VA, is seeking a dedicated Front Office Manager to join our passionate team. As the Front Office Manager, you will be the face of our team, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our front desk. You will be responsible for greeting guests, managing conference room calendars, answer phones, sort and distribute mail. BENEFITS: • Health Insurance (Reynolds Team covers 50% of the employee's premium) • Dental and Vision Insurance (employee paid) • After 6 months on the team: Matching 401(k) • Pay is bi-monthly on the 15th and last day of the month • 2 weeks paid vacation (accrued) and 3 days PTO (accrued) Responsibilities: • Greet guests in a friendly manner • Manage the conference room's calendars • Answer phones • Sort and distribute mail • Prepare buyer and listing folders • Manage the inventory of supplies for the kitchen/office • Manage Field Services Routes • Assist in the preparation for client events • Assist in running and packing for our Raving Fan packing days • Order ink for the copier and coordinate copier repairs • Ensure the office is always presentable • Maintain the agent's supplies • Organize and maintain storage rooms • Distribute/unpack deliveries • Help with outgoing mail and the mail department as needed Anything else that is needed to help move the Reynolds Team forward and help us impact more families and more top talent to grow. Qualifications: • Able to work from 9 AM to 5 PM • Excellent Customer Service skills • Amazing interpersonal skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once • Amazing time management skills • Top-of-the-line organizational skills Compensation: $16 hourly
