This leader will manage the day-to-day operations of both front offices, oversee the customer service team, and work closely with the billing and insurance team to ensure smooth, efficient, and patient-centered care. Compensation: • Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 • Benefits • Paid Time Off • Growth Opportunities Responsibilities: • Lead Front Office Operations : Oversee front desk operations at both locations, ensuring high levels of efficiency and patient satisfaction. • Team Management : Manage and mentor a front office team of 9 team members. • Customer Service Excellence : Supervise the customer service team, managing all incoming patient calls, appointment scheduling, and patient service inquiries. • Coordinate Billing & Insurance: Work closely with the billing and insurance teams to resolve patient billing issues, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with dental billing practices. • Growth & Expansion: Develop strategies to grow Location 2 from a single-doctor practice to a multi-doctor operation, including staff recruitment and patient volume increase. • Technology & Systems: Utilize practice management software and implement new technologies to improve workflow and operational efficiency. • Problem-Solving & Decision Making: Proactively address operational challenges and implement solutions that improve overall practice performance. • Collaboration : Work with the practice owner to ensure alignment on practice goals and ensure seamless operations between both locations. Qualifications: • Leadership Experience : minimum 3-5 years of management experience in a healthcare, dental, or similar office environment. • Strategic Thinker : Proven track record of developing and executing operational strategies that drive business growth. • Customer Service : Strong understanding of customer service principles, with the ability to handle escalated patient issues. • Billing & Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity and quick learning with dental billing, coding, and insurance processes. • Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to manage teams and collaborate with doctors and billing team. • Problem-solver : Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. • Technologically Proficient : Proficiency in practice management software; ability to learn new technologies and systems. • Growth-oriented : Experience in scaling practices, hiring staff, and growing patient volume. • Adaptability : Comfortable managing operations across multiple locations, handling varying daily demands. Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly
