    Responsibilities:

    Manage patient appointment scheduling and confirmations efficiently.

    Provide exceptional customer service and address patient inquiries.

    Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

    Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize patient flow.

    Handle patient check-in and check-out processes smoothly.

    Process insurance verifications and related paperwork.

    Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.

    Promote a positive and professional atmosphere within the office.

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare is a plus.

    Previous experience in a front office or healthcare setting preferred.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

    Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

    Positive attitude and a passion for patient care.

    Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is advantageous.
