Schedule: Two-week rotating schedule • Week 1: Three 12-hour weekday shifts (36 hours) • Week 2: Two 12-hour weekday shifts plus 6 hours Saturday and 6 hours Sunday (36 hours)
Rotation repeats every two weeks.
Your Role: As a Front Desk Receptionist at the Good Shepherd, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming Patients: Greet patients and guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring a positive start to their visit.
Patient Registration: Accurately enter, update, and maintain patient information in the electronic health record (EHR).
Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for the medical team, notify them of patient arrivals, and manage any delays.
What We’re Looking For:
Skills: Strong computer skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages is a PLUS.
Attributes: A self-starter with a high degree of personal and professional integrity, mature problem-solving skills, and the ability to act quickly while maintaining exceptional customer service.
