Summary Dental Lyfe Studio – Your Dental Home is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish), other non-bilingual applicants are encureged to apply also. We are seeking to hire a positive, and patient-focused Front Office Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing multi-specialty private practice in Norco, CA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating clearly, and helping patients understand their care and financial options. The ideal candidate brings great energy, strong organization skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced dental environment.
Responsibilities • Perform basic front office clerical duties such as maintaining a clean and organized reception area, checking in patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and supporting daily administrative tasks • Greet patients warmly and provide an excellent first impression • Answer a high volume of inbound calls, texts, and emails professionally • Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently • Communicate with patients in English and Spanish • Present treatment plans clearly and confidently • Verify dental insurance benefits (PPO & Medi-Cal) and explain coverage to patients • Review financial responsibilities and collect payments prior to treatment • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records • Coordinate referrals and follow up on pending treatment • Document all patient interactions accurately in the practice management system • Work closely with clinical and management teams to ensure smooth daily operations • Be open to cross-training in other administrative and back office areas as needed • Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and office protocols
Qualifications • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) • High school diploma or GED • Dental or medical front office experience preferred (but not required) • Experience with insurance verification, treatment presentation, or collections is a plus • Strong computer skills and comfort with practice management software • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to remain calm, professional, and organized in a fast-paced environment • Positive attitude, reliability, and team-player mindset
