Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth.
Manage phone calls, emails, and front desk inquiries efficiently.
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
Support internal departments with administrative and organizational tasks.
Maintain the office environment, ensuring a clean and professional workspace.
Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
1–3 years of experience in customer service or front office administration.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
