    This position is much more than a traditional receptionist role. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding first impression, building long-term relationships, educating patients on our services, and driving membership and treatment sales.

    Responsibilities

    Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service

    Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries

    Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments

    Follow up with patients regarding consultations, treatments, and ongoing care plans

    Educate patients on available services, products, and membership options

    Promote and sell memberships, treatment packages, and services

    Identify opportunities to upsell and maximize patient value

    Build strong relationships with patients and create loyalty to our practice

    Process payments and maintain accurate patient records

    Provide customer service support for our online store

    Create and manage customer orders through WooCommerce

    Assist with day-to-day front office operations

    Handle patient concerns professionally and effectively

    Work closely with providers and management to achieve company goals

    Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment

    Keep the reception area, retail displays, and common workspaces clean, tidy, and presentable at all times

    Qualifications

    Previous experience working in a medical spa, aesthetic practice, cosmetic surgery office, wellness clinic, or similar healthcare setting is required

    Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals

    Strong upselling and relationship-building skills

    Excellent customer service and communication skills

    Professional phone etiquette

    Experience with WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms is a plus

    Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    Comfortable discussing treatment plans, memberships, and pricing with patients

    Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

    Ability to take direction well and execute tasks efficiently
