We are seeking a Front Office Representative to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members. This role requires a polished, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can manage front desk operations and ensure smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will maintain professionalism under pressure and provide administrative support with a high level of efficiency and discretion.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries to the appropriate departments
Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized fashion
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments, coordinate meeting rooms, and assist with company events
Maintain office supplies inventory and order replacements as needed
Provide general administrative support to internal departments
Assist in onboarding processes for new hires and coordinate with HR when necessary
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ year of experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
