    Responsibilities

    • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner

    • Answer and direct incoming phone calls

    • Manage scheduling of meeting rooms and appointments

    • Maintain front office appearance and ensure a tidy reception area

    • Handle mail, deliveries, and office supply inventory

    • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

    • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

    • Respond promptly to general inquiries and provide accurate information

  • Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred

    • Proven experience as a front desk representative, receptionist, or similar role

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
