Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Manage scheduling of meeting rooms and appointments
Maintain front office appearance and ensure a tidy reception area
Handle mail, deliveries, and office supply inventory
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Respond promptly to general inquiries and provide accurate information
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred
Proven experience as a front desk representative, receptionist, or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and customer-oriented mindset
