    We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations. The ideal candidate will oversee daily activities, manage front office staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate a multidisciplinary hotel team, including hiring and training. • Ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures. • Monitor room availability, rates, and reservations to maximize occupancy and revenue. • Maintain accurate records for billing, room assignments, and guest preferences. • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards. • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to deliver seamless guest experiences. • Implement and oversee front office procedures and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar hospitality management role. • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in hotel management software Opera/Merlin. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise and professionalism. • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. • Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred. Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
