Responsibilities: The hotel front desk supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, managing the staff, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, handling guest inquiries, coordinating reservations, and maintaining guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service, all while upholding the hotel's standards and policies. Position reports into the FOM. Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff • Strong problem-solving abilities to address guest concerns and resolve issues • Attention to detail to ensure accurate guest information and billing • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team • Proficiency with hotel management systems and reservation software Compensation: $18 per hour
