JOB SUMMARY:
The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative and operational functions that support organizational effectiveness across programs and departments. This role supervises front desk and operational support staff, ensures consistent operational workflows, supports incident response and on-call coverage, and serves as a key connector between program teams and operations. The Front Office Supervisor ensures systems, staffing, and processes function smoothly to support staff, leadership, and organizational priorities.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
3+ years of progressively responsible administrative, operations, or program support experience
HS Diploma or equivalent required
Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and manage day-to-day operations; 1+ years of supervisory or lead experience strongly desired
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently with limited supervision.
Ability to interact effectively with staff across departments and levels.
Prior experience in operations, administrative supervision, or program support within a nonprofit or mission-driven organization strongly preferred
Prior experience coordinating across multiple staff functions or departments strongly desired.
Prior program management or operations coordination experience strongly desired
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work within Salesforce or similar systems.
Ability to respond calmly and effectively during operational incidents or high-pressure situations.
Experience supporting organizational systems, workflows, or process improvement
